Semi Homemade Apple Pie

When you’re craving apple pie but don’t have all day, this semi-homemade version is the answer! With a store-bought crust and a homemade filling, you get all the cozy, gooey goodness without the fuss. I stick to tart Granny Smith apples for that perfect sweet-tart balance, but feel free to swap in a Gala or Fuji—just add a splash of lemon juice if you do. It’s quick, easy, and every bit as delicious as it looks!
